MACSQuantify™ Software
|
The MACSQuantify™ software is a powerful and easy-to-use program that provides both a data analysis application for personal computers and an intuitive user interface for operation of the MACSQuant® Analyzer.
As a standalone analysis program, the flow user can analyze flow cytometry data from other flow cytometers. Additionally, data files created by MACSQuantify™ on the MACSQuant® Analyzer can easily be exported as FCS2.0 or FCS3.0 file formats.
As an operating program, the MACSQuantify Software efficiently manages instrument operation, data acquisition and data backup. Additionally, data analysis can be performed directly on the instrument while the instrument is acquiring discrete sample data.
Customized user interface
The MACSQuantify™ Software also offers a personalized log-in with individualized default settings and user modes, which are designed for the more-experienced and less-experienced user.
Analysis made easier
The operator has the option of performing simple analyses using pre-set programs with customized sample analysis protocols or fully automating sample acquisition and analysis using MACS® Control applications
