The superparamagnetic way to pure mRNA and cDNA
Is 15 minutes fast enough?
Magnetic isolation with μMACS MicroBeads yields high-quality mRNA directly from cell, tissue, or blood samples in 15 minutes. Within further 75 minutes, cDNA can be synthesized and purified.

One step instead of three
MACS® Column Technology enables the combination of mRNA isolation with in-column cDNA synthesis. With the cDNA magnetically bound to the column, no extra cDNA purification step is needed.

When sensitivity matters
μMACS™ Technology yields high-quality mRNA and purified cDNA from up to 107 cells. Even when starting with a few cells only, the μMACS procedure gives reliable results.

It’s never been so easy
Safe reagents, ready-to-use enzymatic reaction mixes, and a complete kit, on the one hand, only a few pipetting steps and no tedious centrifugation steps, on the other hand, make lab life much easier.
