autoMACS® Service Contracts

| autoMACS® Cell Separation was introduced in 1999 as a pioneering technology for standardized, automated cell sorting. Service contracts are offered for the pioneering autoMACS Separator and its successor, the new autoMACS Pro Separator. The autoMACS Pro Separator truly represents walk-away cell labeling: From autolabeling through magnetic cell sorting to elution of target cell fractions. |
Each of these sensor-controlled steps are precisely managed by the instrument for first-rate reliability and reproducibility. Regular upkeep and instrument service is necessary to maintain this high performance.
Three scheduled service contracts are available for the autoMACS Separator: Planned Maintenance, Full Service and Full Service Premium.
Six scheduled service contracts are available for the autoMACS Pro Separator: Planned Maintenance, Planned Maintenance Plus, Full Service, Full Service Plus, Full Service Premium and Full Service Premium Plus. |
